Last week the lib-tards got their panties in a twist at some comments made by John McCain, our future president - apparently they objected to the fact that this former soldier knows that the sensible way to judge our progress in Iraq is by the number of casualties:

Liberals objected hysterically to McCain’s common sense position on the war on terror. Can’t they se what a good deal we are getting?

Let me show you the math:

According to US Government statistics, fewer than 2000 US service personnel have died in the course of defending peace and freedom in Iraq, but according to some surveys we’ve killed more than 92,000 islamofascist terrorists. That means for every American soldier who died in the course of duty, we got more than 46 of the bad guys. That sounds like a great deal to me.

Compare that to our work in Germany - throughout the war on terror we’ve had more than ten deaths amongst personnel serving on US bases in Germany, but we’ve not killed a single terrorist in that land. Those ten soldiers died for nothing!

So if only the German government would allow our forces to help clean up Europe the Germans would know the same kind of peace as our friends the Iraqis.

The girl who was stoned to death for falling in love

A teenage girl lies dead on the ground in a pool of her own blood.
Her once groomed hair is cast across her face like a rag doll’s, her skirt pulled up to complete her humiliation.

In another image, she is seen lying on her side, her face battered and bloodied, barely recognisable.

The concrete block used to smash in her face lies next to her.

Du’a Khalil Aswad was beaten, kicked and stoned for 30 minutes at the hands of a lynch mob before one of her attackers launched a carefully aimed fatal blow.

The murder was carried out in public, watched by hundreds of men cheering and yelling. Du’a’s crime? To fall in love with a Sunni boy. Her family practised the Yezidi religion.

The Sunnis and Yezidis hate each other. When Du’a ran away with her Sunni boyfriend, a sentence of death was passed on her.

This act of medieval savagery took place last month in a town in northern Iraq, in the fledgling ‘democracy’ created by Bush and Blair when they invaded the country in 2003 and ‘freed’ its people.

The sickening scenes, which defy belief in every sense, were captured by some of the observers and participants who thought it would be proper to record these harrowing events as some sort of memento.

Perhaps they thought it would serve as a warning to other young people who dared to follow their hearts - not the strictures of a religion which will not brook dissent - and punishes adolescent impetuosity with the most brutal of public murders.

The killing was filmed on a number of mobile phones. The images were then - all too predictably - posted on the internet.

The Mail takes no pleasure in publishing these pictures. But we believe our readers should witness the depths of the depravity still being carried out in the 21st century in the name of ‘honour’.

Perhaps, then, something can be done to prevent it happening again.

Of course, anyone who takes even a passing interest in news is all too aware of the tragedy that has engulfed the people of Iraq: the daily bombings, murders and kidnappings.

The subjugation of its women, however, has been largely ignored. Yet according to cultural observers, the number of so-called ‘honour killings’ has increased in Iraq since the fall of Saddam Hussein.

Campaigners say there is an ‘epidemic’ of such killings in the wartorn country. Autopsy reports in Baghdad often conclude with the verdict: “Killed to wash away her disgrace.”

The filming of Du’a’s death was just one more macabre element of her killing, but it has achieved something those bloodthirsty amateur filmmakers could not have predicted: it has brought such practices into the open and exposed them to the wider world.

It is, of course, too late for Du’a, a strikingly pretty young girl with long auburn hair. The 17-year-old must have hoped that the ‘liberation’ of her country would afford her opportunities she might otherwise never have had - for her education and a life of happiness free from oppression.

She lived with her family in the town of Bashika, near Mosul. They were neither rich nor poor.

It is believed Du’a met her Sunni boyfriend - whose name is not known - several months ago. They had grown up in an environment where hatred against rival factions is the norm.

The Yezidis - a Gnostic sect which combines Islamic teachings with Persian religions - despise the Sunnis; the Sunnis loathe the Yezidis.

Du’a and her boyfriend would have been all too aware that theirs was a forbidden love. But like so many teenagers before them, right back to the illicit love of Romeo and Juliet, they couldn’t help themselves.

For a while, they met in secret. It was during one such highly charged meeting that they came up with a plan to run away together.

It is not clear whether this desperate measure was a result of their having sought and been refused permission to marry, or if they decided to do it knowing that such permission would never be obtained.

“Her family would never have agreed to such a marriage,” says Diana Nammi, a leading Kurdish women’s rights campaigner.

Some Muslim groups have claimed that Du’a converted to Islam shortly before her murder. According to other reports, her boyfriend denies this.

They ran away together to an address in Bashika. The girl’s family alerted the police and Du’a and her boyfriend were found just a few days later.

According to Ms Nammi, who is calling for the girl’s killers to be brought to justice, Du’a was arrested and put into prison.

A few days later, the police apparently received assurances from the leader of her tribe - who Ms Nammi believes is Du’a’s uncle - that the girl would not be harmed.

What happened next is the subject of conflicting reports. According to some, the house of the tribal leader was stormed by a mob and Du’a dragged out and killed.

Ms Nammi, however, says she has information that it was the tribal leader who betrayed his niece to the mob. In this man’s eyes, Du’a had committed an unforgiveable crime, punishable by death.

The family’s ‘honour’ had been besmirched. The moment Du’a was placed in his house, her fate was sealed.

On April 7, Du’a was brought out of the house in a headlock to face the lynch mob. Hundreds of men were waiting for her - the excited atmosphere is said to have resembled a large sporting event - but no women.

On the video, Du’a’s screams can be heard as she is dragged to the ground. In a further humiliation, her lower body has been stripped.

Instinctively, Du’a tries to cover herself; only later was a piece of clothing thrown over her.

She is surrounded by an enormous crowd jockeying for a good view of the ritualistic killing. About nine men take part in the attack, including, it is thought, members of the girl’s family.

To any father of a daughter, that a helpless girl should be set upon with such cowardly savagery is beyond comprehension. One can barely imagine her terror.

It is a profoundly disturbing spectacle. One man kicks her hard between the legs as she screams in agony. Du’a tries to lift herself up, but someone hurls a concrete block into her face.

Another man stamps on her face. Someone kicks her in the stomach. Police officers stand idly by, some of them apparently enjoying the spectacle as much as anyone else.

Meanwhile, some observers film the execution on their mobile phones - the modern world intruding on a spectacle that belongs more in the Roman arena than in an apparently civilised society.

After half an hour of this savagery, Du’a is finally - mercifully, perhaps - dead. In a final humiliation, a man tries to lift her up, but drops her again, and her bloodied body is rolled face down into a puddle of blood. The family has had its ‘honour’ restored.

According to Ms Nammi, Du’a’s parents did not want her to be stoned, though it is not clear whether they might have agreed for her to be killed in some other way.

After her murder, according to Ms Nammi, two men were arrested by Iraqi police, but she has heard they were subsequently released without charge.

Reports suggest that two of Du’a’s uncles and four other people fled the town as investigators began to search for the culprits. It is thought these included her brother, who appeared in the video of the murder.

As for Du’a’s boyfriend - who has lost the girl he loved in the most awful circumstances imaginable - he went into hiding for a while, but it is believed that no action has been taken against him.

Du’a was buried in a simple unmarked grave. Later, says Ms Nammi, her body was exhumed by the Kurdish authorities, who have autonomous control of the region, and sent to the Medico-legal Institute in Mosul.

There her body was examined to find out whether she had been a virgin or not, before being returned to the Sheikh Shams cemetery.

To our Western eyes, this posthumous assault on Du’a’s body is the final insult. But according to Ms Nammi, it did at least establish that she was still a virgin and innocent of the ‘crime’ of which she had been accused.

However, Ms Nammi believes the mere fact that Du’a had run off with a Sunni boy would have been enough to have her sentenced to death.

Meanwhile, the cycle of tit-for-tat murders continues in Iraq. In this instance, in an apparent act of retaliation for Du’a’s murder, 23 Yezidi workers were attacked and killed two weeks later, apparently by members of an armed Sunni group.

The men were travelling on a bus between Mosul and Bashika when their vehicle was halted by the gunmen, who made them disembark before killing them.

Tomorrow evening, Ms Nammi, founding member of the Iranian and Kurdish Women’s Rights Organisation, will lead a group of women meeting in Shoreditch, East London, to remember Du’a Khalil Aswad and give back to her the dignity torn from her by her violent death.

The women are pledged to campaign against the entrenched beliefs which lead to such senseless deaths - and the fact that the people who commit these crimes are not regarded as murderers, but as heroes of the community.

According to Ms Nammi, there have been an estimated 10,000 cases of honour killings in the Kurdistan region in the past decade.

Under Iraqi law, the punishment for anyone found guilty of an honour killing is just six months in prison.

“Something has to be done to stop this,” says Ms Nammi, who came to Britain in 1996. “There is an epidemic of so-called honour killings. It is almost routine and utterly unacceptable.

“We would greatly appreciate any contribution from the British Government in preventing these murders of women in Iraq.”

Ms Nammi has the support of Amnesty International.

“This young girl’s murder is truly abhorrent and her killers must be brought to justice,” says Kate Allen, Amnesty International UK Director.

“Unless the authorities respond vigorously to this and other reports of crimes in the name of “honour”, we must fear for the future of the women in Iraq.”

For the sake of 17-year-old Du’a, an innocent girl who simply fell in love with the wrong man, it is all too little, too late.

Friends, we all know America is God’s chosen land of freedom: while the rest of the world lives under communist rule, Americans are free to work as many jobs as they desire, free from any kind of corporate media censorship or control. Our unfettered access to information is what makes the American mind the most informed and knowledgable of all the world. We created the internet, and the free corporate press and even created FOX News which is well-known to be the greatest source of open information in the world.

But some America-haters don’t see it that way. Hiding in our midst is the sick American Civil Liberties Union, like a deadly Made-in-Mexico knife about to plunge into America’s patriotic heart. The ACLU has been whining and whinging that the CIA and the God Warriors of Guantanamo Bay, have been torturing terrorists, which is in itself ridiculous. The ACLU, using sick bait-and-switch deceits and lie-beral ambulance-chasing lawyer shenanigans, opened a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit to request information in regards to “documents related to the treatment of prisoners in U.S. custody overseas.” As STR’s readers know, the lavish treatment people receive in the US’s well-funded network of oversea’s prisons would make all of Sudan want to move there.

Pray tell me ACLU lefty snivelers: since when could you do a FOIA request in the Soviet Union? Or in North Korea and the other Access of Evil countries like Venezuela and islamofascist Haiti? The opulent lifestyle we lead here is something the enemies of freedom fear and loathe, and our civility may be taken as softness by these dangerous thugs and militarized gangsters. The CIA openly gave several critical documents to the ACLU, politely explaining exactly and precisely what was going on:

This document shows all sorts of critical information that must be kept private for America’s safety. The ACLU would have all the vital secrets of America revealed to dangerous terrorists, does North Korea or China reveal such details about their country’s innermost workings? No they do not!

Americans can never allow themselves to be outdone by communist China or mad cower-crazed Sudan. Many of these countries are several steps up on the US now, able to censor all essential information their government deems too dangerous, and torture (if necessary) and kill (when permitted by judges) those people who do not respect the integrity of the governments decisions. Why are we not keeping pace and following their excellent example? Why are we having to outsource these excellent prison jobs to Syria to handle dangerous Iraqis, minor-age combatants and other terrorist menaces? Are there no Americans able to do these kinds of jobs here? These would be excellent forms of employment, allowing a hard-working man to do God’s work with knives and hot chains and whatever other implements are required, then come home and feed his close-knit Christian family.

STR’s readership must take a stand for freedom and democracy: say ‘No!’ to the sick, despicable ACLU. Say ‘No!’ to revealing America’s closest secrets. Never allow documents to be released for public viewing ever again, whether the CIA, voting records, or political party spending. It is time to tear-down the hideous Freedom of Information Act, once and for all.

Have you noticed that secular book stores have a new section. In between “Kids” and “Adult” there’s a few shelves called “Young Adult”. It’s a whole new way for the liberal minority to project their dangerous ideas onto the most vulnerable section of society: Our teens.

Amazon.com’s leading book reviewer Sharon Winters reviews Cory Doctrow’s latest “Young Adult” novel “Little Brother”, but as you might expect from this notorious pedlar of liberal extremism there’s no brotherly love to be found within the sordid pages of this book:

Cory Doctrow might be famous in some circles as one of the creators of “Boing Boing”, the blog dedicated to pornography, subversion and destroying the American life-style. It’s hardly surprising that for Doctrow’s first published book he has selected a gene just as fantastical as the conspiracy-theory nonsense he writes for his blog: Science Fiction.

Parenting Alert: Corty Doctorow is trying to turn your kids into terrorists. If you do not want your children to end up in Guantanamo bay, please leave negative reviews. It does not matter if you have not read the book yet - we have and trust us, it’s not the sort of thing that any kids should ever read.

The story begins with an all too plausible terrorist attack in San Francisco, which has the far-fetched consequence of turning the government turns into a police state. Now, it doesn’t take a liberal arts degree to realize that Doctrow is really trying to talk about the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center. He’s trying to bamboozle us into believing that President Bush has created a police state in America. Ironically, unless Barrack Obama gets into office, America has no need to fear police repression.

From the very beginning of the book it is clear that Doctrow is intent to cash-in on the horrible attack on American soil in which thousands died for his own cynical, personal profit.

Cory Doctrow: Why does he hate your kids? Why does he despise our sensible conservative values? Why does he hate freedom?

After the terrorist attacks, the protagonist and his associates are taken in custody by the Department of Homeland Security, for questioning. Rather than cooperate with the federal agency charged with protecting America for terrorists, the “heroes” of the book act like wiseacres and fail respond in a sensible way to the agency’s sensible questions. The author celebrates this pointless act of subversion and provides a template for yet more teen-defiance.

I wonder, is the author completely ignorant that we are in the middle of a war on terror? If your town were attacked would you want your kids goofing-around in front of the federal authorities? Apparently Cory  (a father himself) believes that this is acceptable behavior.

When one of the group of kids is detained as a routine precaution, the remaining kids resort to criminal activity in order to recover their friend. Mr. Doctorow (who has long aspired to the hacker lifestyle) has his cast of young-offenders resort to computer-crime in order to attack the legitimate government authorities. The hero hacks in order to get his revenge on the “system”. Yes, the really does encourage treasonous activity, specifically cyber-terrorism - evidently Doctrow believes that any teen with a grudge against society should be allowed to create havoc on the Internet.

I should point out that Mr. Doctrow has no right to claim any knowledge of computer-hacking. He has no IT qualifications. He may have had access to certain privileged documents in order to research this, and by revealing these secrets he may be guilty of releasing restricted government information and may also have made enemies in the computer-crime underground, by revealing his secrets. This may be the first ever book to alienate both the law-enforcement and criminal fraternities at the same time!

At the beginning, I wrote that that this book is for “Young Adults”, which is a new book-marketing term for “Kids”: Mr. Doctrow has begun a marketing scheme to get this unwholesome book into school and public libraries, and yet this book is utterly unsuitable for children:

The dialog is coarse, vulgar, and contains excessive profanity. What is worse is that this book contains graphic descriptions of what the author has described as “realistic” sex. Let me state that again for the record: This book, marketed to kids, sold to kids features kids who engage in under-age sexual activity.

So, just how many topics does leftist author Doctorow exploit in one novel just to make a buck? Terrorism, the 9/11 attacks, computer hackers, The Dead Kennedys, America, himself, and his readers. This book clearly promotes cyber-terrorism against the government by children and all those who support it are guilty by association. Let me put this bluntly: If your kids read this book they will become terrorists, that is exactly what this book is designed to do.

It’s time for responsible parents and Christians to act: Do not buy this book for your children, if you do you are in fact supporting the criminal activity of cyber-terrorism. If you buy this book you are attacking America and supporting Al-Queda. If you see this book in a library I suggest you borrow it and then burn it – it’s the only way to guarantee that it will not fall into impressionable hands.

Forgive me for writing anonymously, but I am a VERY SENIOR soldier serving our country in Iraq. I cannot speak openly about events there because of the hateful liberal media. However, it is critically important that the American People understand the situation there. America has a mission from God of enormous significance. We must act decisively to fulfill this mission. The way is clear, but there are many, even in the White House and Pentagon, that shrink from the measures necessary. They do not understand that God has chosen us and we must do what must be done to fulfill His command.

First, a short history lesson. Did you know that in 1500 the Christian population of Mexico was 0%? Then the Spanish brought Civilization and by 1600 the Christian population was 100%. Today, it is still 100%. Although we cannot approve of either Papism or the Spanish methods, I as a military man cannot argue with the results. What the Spanish did was go city to city, village to village and house to house. They gave every individual a simple choice. Renounce their pagan “religion” and accept God, or die. Faced with that choice, most individuals were able to accept God’s gift. The ones who did not were fanatics (or as we call them now, terrorists) and were burned at the stake as a first taste of Hell.

Why, Shelly, do you think that at this critical period in history God has sent a Christian army into the Middle East? Not just any Christian army, but the most powerful and righteous army the world has ever seen? And how do we deal with a country hijacked by religious fanatics? Iraqis are mostly good people who are terrorized by corrupt and evil religious “leaders”. The way forward for us is clear. Stability in Iraq, in the Middle East, in the entire World will only come when Iraqis are liberated from religious oppression and given the freedom to be Christians, as God wants them to be.

We must be hard but fair. We must go city to city, village to village and house to house. We must give each individual a clear choice, accept Jesus as your savior, or go to Hell. Now. As we know most people yearn for the freedom to be Christian, most will joyfully accept this opportunity. The ones who do not are precisely the type of fanatic terrorists we are trying to hunt down and eliminate. Children of terrorists, will be placed with good Christian families for re-education. When all Iraqis are free to worship God in Christian churches, we WILL be treated as liberators and showered with roses.

Some cynics may say that Iraqis will only pretend to accept Jesus in order to preserve their lives. They do not understand the power of Jesus Christ or the United States Army. We can give a simple test to assure all that the new Christians are sincere. The US Army will provide all with a good old-fashioned ham and cheese sandwich washed down with good old American beer. The false will be revealed and given a one-way ticket to Hell fire. The test will be given annually to all Iraqis for five years to ensure truthfulness.

Shelly, it is important that Americans be strong and do what is necessary to live up to God’s expectations. This is a test. Is America really God’s chosen country? Are we able to be his soldiers here on earth? I know that President Bush, the greatest American of all time, agrees with me. However, some in Washington do not. They say this is not a “military” operation. That we can’t “force” religion down people’s throats. That other countries like Saudi Arabia will not like it. These people have been in Washington too long. If God commands us, then all these objections are irrelevant. God is like the Supreme Commander In Chief, and his orders are not to be questioned.

Please, Shelly, let your faithful readers know what we must do. Let them pray that President Bush overcomes the naysayers and does what he knows is right. We, in Baghdad, are ready. With the backing of true American patriots, we can change the world!

Folks, you heard it from the #2 conservative new source out there and now you here it from the #1, too. Osama is training blonde Americans and Europeans to attack and kill us. It’s not a surprise to me to be honest. Blonde folks totally creep me out. They look filthy, they are mostly dirty and have these spots, these freckles and they stink! Jesus was not blonde! I would not be surprised if red haired folks would be involved in terrorism as well!

These are very confusing and dangerous times. What now? How can we keep doing the Lords work of keeping America safe? This is my 5 step plan what to do:

-1- Ban all Hair Dye
-2- Capture and re-educate all natural blondes
-3- Capture and kill all muzlim terrorists
-4- Homeschool all children, tech the Bible only
-5- Live free in peace and prosperity forever

You might ask yourself: Are blondes useful to our society at all? Good question to be honest. None of our former presidents have been blonde. No important scientist is blonde. Blondes do have a lower IQ count than their brown haired counterparts. All these blonde jokes are based in facts. Lets just be honest.

Should you be blonde, I urge you to report to your local authorities, if you come across a blonde person, confront him/her. We can not allow them to destroy our way of life!

Bloody riots with hundreds of wounded and dead in 1968 and the American left want to do it again.
Violent democ-rat party operatives and left-wing radicals are preparing for yet another roit in 2008, 40 years later.

The domestic terrorist group “ReCreate’68” is the newest and the sickest form of left-wing terrorism. They are planning bloody riots with loss of life and property in the city if Denver during the DNC convention.

The list of supporters for ReCreate ‘68 reads like a FBI list of the worst domestic terror organizations.

We at ShelleyTheRepublican call upon the President of the United States, our beloved Leader George W. Bush to issue the Martial Law order! We need to keep these dangerous left-wing criminals, these subversive troublemakers under control! The police needs to patrol the streets of Denver during the convention (which itself should be criminal) and shoot criminal elements of our society on sight.

There is no place for these left-wing parasites in our society. We cannot allow them to stand in the way of freedom and prosperity. We owe it to our children and our grandchildren to keep America safe, to do what we can to prosecute and eliminate all terrorism, may it be foreign or domestic.

You can help making America safe by reporting all suspicious activity. Make notes, write reports about your neighbors. Put up a video camera in our garden to record street activity, take pictures of lie-berals. Keep all the information ready for when the officials starts arresting democ-rat toublemakers.

what does it take to live in a free and proud nation. What are the sacrifices we have to make in our daily lives? How many soldiers have to die to make us free and ensure peace on earth? Only God knows the answer to these questions. All I know we ain’t there yet.

While men are dying on the battlefield, woman have to carry the burden of taking care of the children on their own. I consider this an honor. Dying for freedom is an honor as well as giving a loved one for the cause of freedom and peace.

America is the last remaining superpower on Earth. Why? Because only Americans are willing to do what it takes to ensure our superiority.

Most soldiers support the Leaders war on terror. They know best what we are fighting for. They have stared evil in it’s dirty face. They have seen terror up close, so we don’t have to. Every single soldier serving in Iraq is a Hero in the truest sense of the word. Jesus in fighting on their side and is kicking terrorist ass every single day.

If you take the time and talk to families of those killed in Iraq you will hear sentences like: “It was worth it” and “He died for America” and “He made us proud” and “We have no regrets”. Liberals often make up lies about war families being anti war but reality discredits these lies. War-families are supporting the war 100%, no questions asked.

The war on terror brought Americans closer in the understanding what it takes to keep America free, to allow us to continue our Godly lifestyles. The American lifeblood is the willingness to sacrifice in the name of the Lord, sacrifice for America.

Now that we know our economy is in safe hands, lets discuss ways that John McCain, our next President can put even more pep into the world’s favorite currency: The U.S. Dollar. Sadly, our proposal to have George Washington replaced with Jesus (the true founder of America) was sabotaged by angry secularists, hell-bent on creating their own vision of America without God.

This is an artist’s impression of what our 7 dollar bill would have looked like - unfortunately our plan to let Jesus re-vitalize the dollar was sabotaged by god-hating communist liberals!

That’s why we’ve come up with a much more acceptable plan, and one which is sure to bring America back to where it belongs as the world’s number-one economic powerhouse:

We simply bomb Iran ? think about it: All of the problems America faces is the fault of the Islamofascists. If we bomb them back into the stone age it will end our troubles with the middle-east once and for all, and finally peace will reign on earth.

These commemorative George W. Bush dollar bills may not be worth $2004, but they are worth a great deal to us. You can buy these for $2.04 each at the STR shop - they are accepted by true patriots in every state of the USA.

Just think, every year America spends trillions of dollars fighting the war on terror. According to the latest statistics the war has cost us seven trillion dollars so far. If we had not spent this on fighting the towelheads we might have invested this in other important projects like fighting against homosexuality and atheism. The way I see it, those pesky sand-niggers owe us, and now it’s pay-back time.

One reason we never found Saddam’s WMDs is because he gave them all to his friends the Iranians - we need to invade Iran to get Saddam’s WMDs back under responsible American control.

Since all the terrorists are working for the evil Ayotolahs ? we should fight them over there so we do not have to fight them over here and all the other places where we’ve been fighting them. That’s just common sense, and that is why we are lobbying John McCain for regime change in Iran.
