We at Shelley The Republican have done our best to warn America about the threat posed by the afro-chineese conspiracy that is Linux. You can search though our collection of sensible, sobering articles, but sadly some “sheeple” do not seem to get the message.

Take this email from one of our liberal readers. Once you cut through his aggressive tone it’s worth addressing his foolish misconceptions. Read on, dear leader and let us expose this faker together:

I am a Linux user, AND a Republican.

Sven is obviously a RINO – a Republican in Name only. It’s a simple fact that any person who claims to be a conservative but uses Linux, or is a homo is a liar. The plain simple fact is that the Republican party is for white god-fearing heterosexual folks who do not use Linux. Saying “I use Linux” is like allowing your sister to marry a negro. Some things are just not right and never will be.

I’m not going to be nice here. People like YOU are the reason our
Republican numbers are dropping and we are getting more communists by the damn day! Our enemies LIKE what we hate,
and when you tell them something opposes us, they become part of it! You
are KILLING us!

Hardly, it’s people like you Sven who are killing the Republican party. You are betraying Jesus, America and Freedom by fighting against the racial and ideological purity of our party. It’s people like us who are energising the base by promoting the issues that really affect America and by keeping our party and it’s values pure.

SEEN the homepage for Fedora Linux during the 12 era? It was a
touchy-feely liberal piece of crap, and Fedora 12 itself was as stable as
uranium.

Fedora used to be a good republican-feeling distro. Here’s
another thing. Mostly geeks and nerds use Linux, because it’s a very
powerful and unrestrictive OS, and as we all know, geeks and nerds tend to
lean to the left. Tech generally leans to the left! Linux, however, did
get a good bit of Republicans, but now they are leaving in outrage. I
still use Linux because it does what I want, and windows does not. I don’t
use it for the hippie community it now has. If you look back in time in
Linux articles, the further back you go, the less liberal it gets.

So let me get this right, left-leaning freetards use it because it does what they want… now what kinds of freedom might they want? The freedom to break God’s law? The freedom to break DRM on content and pirate our American intellectual property around the world. The freedom to use products which violate American patents and give our technology to terrorist foreigners.

hope you understand this and remove us from your blacklist, and put
liberals. I assure you that more liberals use windows than they do linux.
I hope you now understand something important, and that you will help us
get back where we need to be by stopping those penguin slapping articles
on Linux. I agree with you on everything here except this, Shelley.
When I read your blacklist, I nearly had an aneurysm.

We never argued that innocent video games publishers should be banned, let alone their products. We feel that many of these products such as America’s Army and Left Behind Eternal Forces can prepare youngsters for a career in the armed-forces or the realities of post-rapture America.

We simply wish to make parents aware of the risks certain other games play; for example would you want your young son playing a pornographically dressed blue female elf? No – well you’d better ensure that your kid isn’t playing World of Warcraft!

When you see the plain honest truth it’s easy to see how liberals such as yourself have distorted our common-sense conservative message.

Its easy to laugh at misguided morons like this. But this is an excellent example on how the homo agenda works. They say its free and built on good christian values.

Wow. Just wow. I read the article and the comments, and some other articles and comments, and I’m still not sure if this is real or a spoof. But it is hilarious.

Linux users are destined for hell, for sure! I mean, not paying Microsoft or Apple for their Operating Systems is against freedom, against America, against Jesus! By using Linux I am convinced we are helping a resurgent communism and Islamic terrorists and France, North Korea and Sudan.

Also, Google Android is based on the Linux kernel.

In the case of the US Army, integration is a matter of life and death. The Army is “talking about taking the battle command applications [they] are building and combining them with the battle command capabilities that are in the Air Force, Navy and Marines, making sure they work together and draw from the same data.” The US Army didn’t turn to Microsoft for patent-approved Linux but rather to Red Hat:
At the moment, Linux-based operating systems can communicate only to a limited degree with Microsoft-based systems, according to an Army official familiar with the summits.
“Red Hat 5 will link Linux with Microsoft and allow FCS forces to link with other brigade combat teams,” the Army official said. “This will be an interim solution because over the long haul, eventually all of the Army’s networks will be Linux-based.
Funny that. The US Army apparently understands that interoperability and integration are technical, not legal, issues. And it’s responding accordingly by integrating the two.
I suspect that the military will find plenty of value in Windows and will not end up scrapping Windows for Linux. At least, not wholesale. Instead, the two will sit side by side. Hopefully the private sector will benefit from this integration. That’s the promise of open source.
At any rate, this is exciting news. The US Army is deploying Linux in a truly mission-critical context. If it’s good enough for the US Army, it’s good enough for running an ERP system, database, etc.

Shelley, you’re absolutely wrong. Linux wasn’t created to defy the American computers. And obviously, Linux isn’t an afro-chinese conspiracy. It shows how much wrong you are.

And I must say two things:

- First: Linux, even if it was created in Finland, it belongs to GNU, which was created in USA. And, however, GNU/Linux is neither Finnish nor American. It’s a world operating system, thanks to its source code. Can you say the same about Microsoft Windows? ;)

- Second: As other users has said to you, this blog is under wordpress, and wordpress uses Linux in its servers. And do you expect us to think that you hate Linux?
