Judge walker ruled that homos should have exactly the same rights to marry as heterosexual couples. If everything is legally the same then that our normal marriages are now legally homosexual! That’s right – Judge Walker is trying to make us ALL GAY!
It’s time to act: We the readers of STR do not wish to be turned into gays. That is why Shelley The Republican and America’s leading pro-family group the Alliance Defence Fund will appeal this dangerous ruling. The Senior Council of ADF gave this sobering statement:
“We will certainly appeal this disappointing decision. Its impact could be devastating to marriage and the democratic process,” Raum said. “It’s not radical for more than 7 million Californians to protect marriage as they’ve always known it. What would be radical would be to allow a handful of activists to gut the core of the American democratic system and, in addition, force the entire country to accept a system that intentionally denies children the mom and the dad they deserve.”
Why cant the liberals accept Brian’s simple logic? Cant they see how allowing the gays to marry infringes on the civil rights of the seven million people in California want to live in peace without giggling homos performing acts of sexual lewdness on every street corner.

California got almost 37 million inhabitants.
About 3.2% of the adult population are officially LGB(roughly 850’000 people)
About 1% of the couples living together in California are LGB.

However, even though the LGB-population seems to be a bit small compared to the 7 millions opposing their right to marry, it’s not really that simple. There are a lot of non-LGBs who believ that they should be allowed to do it.
In reality, about 45% of the population of California support LGBs right to get married, while only about 40% oppose it.
So… it’s not a small group that support them…

God preaches love, acceptance and tolerance; not hate. America was indeed founded on some biblical principals, but most of all it was founded on the ideas of equal rights and freedom. Same-sex marriage should be legalized. Why? Because homosexuals should have the same rights as we do. Are you against rights for blacks, asians and hispanics? If you answered no, then why would you be against equal rights for homosexuals?
If you’re married or in love, think of it this way. Look at your husband. Do you love him? Well, homosexuals experience love the same way you do. Same-sex marriages will not impact the sanctity of marriage in any way. The same rule applies to both same-sex marriages and other unions as well- two people, who love each other very much, coming together and starting a life together.
I’ve noticed many people acting like if same-sex marriages were legalized then they’d be ‘turned’ gay. You cannot be ‘turned’ gay, alright? If you are heterosexual and are attracted to only the opposite sex then gay marriage being legalized won’t affect that. There are homosexuals who live everywhere, but you are still heterosexual, correct? If you answered yes, then that means you weren’t ‘turned gay’. Judge V.Walker abolished proposition 8, that means the ban of gay-marriage. It was forbidden in California for 2 years, I think. He overturned this law.

Let us take a look at the “logic” that you use there. What you are saying is that if homosexual couples are allowed to be married with equal legal status to a heterosexual couple, it makes all of the heterosexual couples gay. By that logic, by classing an orange as a citrus fruit, just like a lemon, all lemons are oranges.

The freedom to life means that all will have the opportunity to make their lives what they make it.
The freedom of liberty refers to the fact that justice will be delivered.
The freedom of the pursuit of happiness means that so long as you aren’t hurting another person, you can do whatever makes you happy.
Another thing. The country wasn’t founded on the Bible. It was founded on the British style of government, minus the monarchs. Parliament became Congress, Prime Minister became President, etc. etc.
America is supposed to be a place where people can come and live as they desire without facing persecution. But alas, it is not such a thing. And it’s because of pages like this that it isn’t. So, rather than forwarding America into a better future, you are contributing even further to prejudice and hatred among her own citizens.
I understand that you are Christian, and I respect that. But has it ever occurred to you that not everyone in the country shares your religion, and therefore beliefs?
If church and state were separate, there would be nothing wrong with LGBT marriage, which I am in complete support of.

I’m both a lesbian and a devout Baptist. My relationship with God isn’t affected at all by my sexuality. Just would like to point that out.
Onwards… so, a bill that legalizes gay marriages make everyone gay?
