Its funny How the conservatives can’t seem to work which hat they want Obama to wear. Fascism, Islamic Fundamentalism and Socialism are three mutually exclusive positions and its not really possible for someone to represent all three at the same time.
Obviously there is such thing islamofascism. Further, fascism is a relative of nationl-socialism, which like the name says is a kind of socialism. So, yes, all three a perfectly combinable. As BBN says, just a little bit of logic, that’s all you need.

Also, 2 million times 1000 is 2 billion not 200 billion.

your notion of “Real Americans” also is a fallacy, as i can assume you define them as people who agree with you only, when the great thing about this country is that people can have reasonable disagreements about policy.
