It’s time to defend our friend and fellow patriot from the unwarranted and deceitful attacks perpetrated by liberal enemies of the TRUTH. Supporters of Barrack Hussein Obama are trying to punish Glen Beck simply for asking important questions such as whether the President of the USA is a racist or an illegal immigrant? Glen is being harassed simply for asking hard questions that lapdog mainstream media avoid. Anybody who has observed liberals for as long as I have knows that this is absolutely typical behaviour: When a liberal is faced by a a clear argument which he lacks the intellectual capacity to respond to his response is to sneer and attack.
Glen Beck is not a rapist or a murderer, he is a true American patriot.
These hate-campaigners have alleged that Glen Beck raped and murdered a young girl in 1990. This preposterous rumour-mongering is backed up by absolutely no evidence at all. Nevertheless, a howling pack of liberal attack-dogs have assembled sites such as glennbeckrapedandmurderedayounggirlin1990.com and deathblow.com sites which serve no other purpose than to promote this unfounded scandal. I have repeatedly challenged these fools to show their evidence. Trust me, it’s like talking to a brick wall. They merely respond with innuendo after innuendo. It’s disgusting.
While it’s hard to pin down these libtards on even the most basic details of their allegations the essence is that they are accusing Mr. Beck of raping a young woman around the year 1990. His accusers have produced obviously bogus “police records”, which are clearly as fake as Obama’s US birth certificate. Clearly they believe that by fermenting a scandal they can damage the good name of Glen Beck. Furthermore, his tormenters have demanded that Beck refute their silly allegations. I honestly wonder how they expect Mr. Beck to respond to their vague accusations when even his accusers cannot present a shred of credible evidence against this great American patriot.
I’m sure Mr. Beck agrees with STR that these accusations are so absurd that they require no refutation, however suffice it to say that I have personally known Glen Beck since long before 1990. I know that he is a kind and trustworthy man. He is a committed and prayerful God-Fearing Christian. There’s absolutely no way he’d be capable of any kind of rape or murder.
These are just a few of the great American brands who are committed to backing Glen Beck’s one-man crusade for the truth about Barrack Hussein Obama. These companies will not give in to pressure from the corrupt liberal minority who hate America.
The liberal strategy is plainly transparent: They are trying to cut Glen off from the many sponsors who defend his first-amendment rights to criticize the President on prime-time cable. I predict that this attack will fail: There’s no way that great American companies like Pfeizer, ADT, HSBC and Liberty Medical will be fooled by this ham-fisted attempt to defame a man whose only crime is to speak common sense to the American people.

Yes, it is a joke, but one that makes a very valid point about the type of argument Beck makes on a regular basis.
1) he says something is a “rumor”
2) he challenges the target to prove the rumor isn’t true
3) he accuses the “mainstream media” (not to include Fox, of course) of not investigating this important question
4) he never revisits the rumor after it is demonstrated false, or at least highly improbable
Thus, the net impact is that Beck smears people he doesn’t like (liberals) of all kinds of outlandish things without ever having ANY evidence to back himself up, and does so without taking responsibility for the accusation in the process. In the American legal tradition, you have the right to face your accuser. Beck denies his opponents this right by saying “it’s just a rumor” and by asking them to disprove a negative.

First, you do not understand the Constitution. The first amendment does not provide “first-amendment rights to criticize the President on prime-time cable”. The First Amendment restricts the government from taking away everyone’s rights to free speech. Private companies can censor whom they please in their own forums (like privately owned cable channels).
Secondly, nobody is accusing Glenn of anything, they just would like all the rumors addressed. I believe they are using Glenn’s own style of “investigative reporting” to explore these accusations. There are rumors out there, and they must be addressed.
Personally, since Glenn has not addressed these rumors, its obvious that he has something to hide.

Like it or not, in the US we are innocent until proven guilty, and so we are forced to treat Glenn Beck as innocent, no matter how much circumstantial evidence there may be, or how many people believe in these rumors.

I read the site (http://didglennbeckrapeandmurderayounggirlin1990.com/) as a response to Beck’s proclivity for placing the burden of proof on his opponents to prove a negative; a logical fallacy. None can prove a negative. Rhetorically, it can’t be done. And the site has proved this. Beck at least knows that he can’t prove something HE didn’t do.
Unfortunately for him, he’s binding himself in self-contradiction by continuing to perpetuate the sting of the thing by fighting it. I did see that one pro-Beck responder has mentioned how the liberals want to take away Beck’s First Amendment rights to challenge the president. I particularly enjoyed that, as Beck has foregone the Constitution (which he so tearfully claims to love so dearly) for the cover of the World Intellectual Property Organization, an agency of his beloved (<–SARCASM THERE) United Nations. His lawyers are keeping the litigation waaaay away from the First Amendment, as it's a clearly losing First Amendment case (see Hustler v. Falwell).
