And guess what, not even close to allmuslims speakit, considering that millions of muslims live in southeast ASIA.

As for the speech: Marvelous. This speech was highly idealistic, masterfully written and quintessentially american. Well, and Obama has proven again that he can hold speeches like nobody in the current GOP.

Great countries are civilised countries. Ones whose government does NOT
- lie to its citizens about going to war
- circumvent international institutions and conventions
- bomb civilians
- suspend a significant number of civil rights
- reserve the right to bomb the world wherever and whenever it please
- support another country (Israel) in its occupation of lands

If that sounds like the United States of the past 8 years, we’re probably talking about different countries.
If you think that apologising for decades of aggression makes a country look stupid, think again. If anything, I think Obama’s speech made America look like it has a tiny bit of civilisation left in its core.

If your only criteron for a great country is its military strength, I don’t know where to begin explaining how wrong you are.

Furthermore, as Philly pointed out, Muslim is not a language. A Muslim is someone who follows the Islamic faith. And your president is called Barack Hussein Obama.

“God is Love”, eh? As I said in other postings, I can only wonder just who you love.
