I can’t for the life of me fathom why nobody ever seems to take into account that words meant different things back when the bible was actually written…

Leviticus 18:22 (KJV) Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.

The word abomination when the bible was written translated literally to “against custom/tradition/societal norms” so basically it meant abnormal… abomination when the bible was written did not mean evil or detestable just not traditional. The people that write this blog don’t take anything in the context in which it was written or created and spout nothing but hate mongering and oppressive filth which is on the bibles wide and diverse list of “sins”

I have to say, being raised in a devout Christian home and also being attracted to other women since I can remember, that I think Katy Perry is gorgeous and would love a chance to make out with her after church one day. im a christian myself, but one thing ive always been taught growing up in church is to respect other peoples decision. you cant force people to convert, everyone has their own belief andare entitled to it. salvation is individual. as christians we werent here to condem or judge anyone, read the bible sometime you might learn something.
