Madame, i regret to inform you that your knowledge of computer systems is a bit lacking. Nearly everything you have said concerning these operating systems are biased to the point of being comical. This seems to be a theme on this blog, along with bigotry, discrimination, elitism, and an almost militaristic narcissism that calls to mind KKK. Your close-mindinded rants are the worst examples of both the Republican Party and the Christian religion that i have seen, and are an effective caricature of them both. You preach hate against those who think differently than you, and encourage practices that are not only immoral but go against the very Constitution you stand behind. Your words are kin to those of Church during the Dark Ages, violently thrashing out against those who think for themselves rather than let you do it for them. Your Bible teaches an important lesson, one that you seem to have neglected to learn: “Love thy Neighbor as you Love Yourself”. Has anything on your blog spoken of love? No, it is only the hateful writings of a spiteful woman who refuses to acknowledge that there will ALWAYS be people who have different ideas and different beliefs, and if you don’t learn to live with that then you will die alone with nothing to show of your life other than the people you hurt and nothing but your hate to warm you in the cold abyss of your heart.

Microsoft Windows Vista is as bad as Windows 95′ today. Mac OS X works faster, allows easy access to all features by the System Preferences. THINK ABOUT IT, what changed from Windows 98′ to Windows Vista? A FANCY THEME. Linux, I admit needs help, buts it’s pretty damn good for free. Mac OS X IS the easiest, most simple and advanced OS out there. Linux and Windows are very similar, and Mac OS X is a completely different computer (not an IBM compatible Computer) and works differently. THIS SITE IS COMPLETELY F*CKED UP, GOD HAS NO HITLIST AND DIDNT USE A COMPUTER YOU PIECE OF SH*T

Your review is a joke. Even a dumbass like me (who doesn’t speak english well) is enabled to install Ubuntu. The internet issue, well, that’s another thing, a lot of hardware manufacturers only works for Windows & Mac. Windows Vista is probably the worst edition of Windows ever. If you aren’t good enough to power on the PC it isn’t Linux fault. I’m very dissapointed, how could the IT Supreme Professional be so stupid? Keep being idiot, Connie.

Okay so let me get this straight…you(a stupid racist technologically illiterate bastard) reviewed Linux and said that Vista is better? GO FUCK YOURSELF, you don’t know anything. Vista had SOOOOO many problems why the hell do you think it was out for such a short time? They replaced it with windows 7 almost A.S.A.P all the other versions of windows lasted at least twice as long…my nothingness…people like you are the reason I’m agnostic if there was a god he wouldn’t let “people”(for lack of a better word, I honestly don’t consider unintelligent life to be people)like you run around and spread your blasphemous poison. Just so you know if Ubuntu did pay said women with live CD’s that’s because it’s LINUX for goodness sake man they give a great operating system for free and then help provide programs free of cost, a lot of people who/have worked on Linux do it for free because it’s what they love, OBVIOUSLY those girls weren’t some of those people…I’ll have you know I would be honored to work on Linux, I love Linux and I have Mac OS Snow Leopard(on my mac), and I have Windows 7 and Linux dual boot on my PC.(FUCK STEVE JOBS, Bill Gates is an inspiration..unfortunately he was corrupted by corporate greed, and Linus Torvalds well…he’s a Philosopher and a great programmer.)

I want to say, this has taken me 2 tries. My Vista (havnt got Leopard yet) crashed.

1. The ‘C’ is for ->CWINDOWS<- music player because its WINDOWS!)
Conclusion: Mac is sprinting ahead. Ubuntu is jogging, to come back later. Vista has a virus, and has crashed about 50 times since i began reading.
And also, Microsoft Office, their big selling point, can be run on Macs.
Boohoo, you cant play music! My Vista crashed my SOUND CARD!

3. Vista: I can permanently loop-crash Vista in 10 seconds from notepad / Python. Since i was 13.
It took my 3 minutes to start up.
Ubuntu: Almost no recorded viruses. AND can wirelessly crash Vista.
Mac: Very few serious viruses. Fast as heck.
Conclusion: in this section, you have noticed i barely touched on speed. Thats because speed relies on your RAM, not the OS.
The firewalls aren't needed.
And Macs have an Alarm system built in. It's called Alarm.

Overall Conclusion: Linux is good for programming.

Mac is good for everything. Also, no matter what button you select when calling their hotline, you get a real person, who is not outsourced, they're in your country and can SPEAK CLEARLY.

Microsoft is good for torture, and many people downgraded to XP from Vista. Really. And, their hotline has one way to get to get a real person. Technical support. after about 10 minutes. this is an actual transcript:
Me: Hello
Indian Woman Operator: Hello?
Me: Listen, my XBox 360 has the Red Ring.
Operator: Hello? What is thee problem?
Me: My XBox 360!
Operator: What is wrong?
Me: Three red lights.
Operator: Have you tried turneeng it off and on again?
Me: Yes, twice.
Operator: Try it again.
Me: Okay… (f**king b**ch)
Operator: HAVE YOU DONE IT!
Me: I'M NOT EVEN THERE YET!
Operator: Okay, hurry up please.
Me: Done.
Operator: Now turn off the internet please.
Me: it is off.
Operator: Turn it on, then off…

And so on. PLUS, it wasn't regional (i'm in Scotland, call in America). Apple is 0800 (toll-free), Microsoft is not.

I enjoyed the article. But free software is not all to be avoided, there is a lot of good free software, it’s just whatever suits your needs. I’m a scrooge, so I always use free software. Where as Pa’ “I’ve not used a computer since they took up an entire office block” Joe, doesn’t know about the alternatives to corporate software. Whatever floats your boat.

you have to be kidding? It asks you to start the LIVE CD, so it will start the OS from the DISC not hard drive.
