You probably will be surprised to read that I approve of this kind of movie. Even though it’s not what God had in mind when He gave us Hollywood, the TCM movie series is solid, suspenseful family entertainment made in America.

The TCM story is based on the Serial Killer Ed Gein, also called the “Ghoul of Plainfield”.

Ed Gein had the unGodly passion for killing, cannibalism and using body parts for entertainment for furniture. He made ashtrays of skulls, bedroom lamps of bones and he used to wear the skin of his victims and pretend he was a woman.

Although the whole plot is quite brutal, I approve of my children watching all the TCM movies because it’s a good way of showing them what Hell and the Lord of Darkness would be like. Just say: “Go to bed or Leatherface is gonna drag you to Hell”, works like a charm every time!

The following are a couple of though for each of the TCM movies:

  • TCM (Original 1974): Unique and shocking was the movie in 1974, for today’s standards it’s rather boring and odd, nevertheless worth watching!
  • TCM2: Dennis Hopping is playing the lead role in this movie. Insiders say that he was addicted to heroin during the this time of his life, that is why he was desperate enough to act in TCM2. Good for us, because he is great!
  • TCM3: My favorite part. Leatherface is fast, furious and brutal beyond belief and yet he is a family man and cares for his mom.
  • TCM4: Very odd movie starring Renée Zellweger and Matthew McConaughey. For some reason Leatherface is some kind of faggish drag queen in that movie. The homosexual agenda does not even stop to make America’s favorite monster a fag! Shameful!
  • TCM Remake: Wonderful Micheal Bay/Markus Nispel remake. The plot is more or less based on the original. Beautiful colors and surrounding. God bless Texas!
  • TCM The Beginning: Very disappointing. Although the movie title suggests to explain how Leatherface become a ruthless killer, this is only done during the first 4 minutes of the rolling credits. The rest is nothing new or unique. Shame on Sheldon Turner and Jonathan Liebesman for screwing this one up. They missed the chance to make movie history.

  • Mention of Jesus and Christianity:
  • Sadly, no.
  • Family Value:
  • Very good. Even though they kill, they love and care for each other!
  • Foul Language:
  • Some.
  • Nudity:
  • None.

  • Everybody age 10 & older. (18+ for TCM4!)

That´s gotta be a joke. LOL!

      “God bless Texas.”

Yeah, he does. By giving the South the highest AIDS rates, droughts and massively rising gas prices. Bless the Lord. :)

      But hey:

You didn’t want the government help, You didn’t want a president who would tell you what to do with your lives, you didn’t want a ‘big government’. You wanted your beer only.

Well, you reap what you sow.

We do not joke. For humor, go elsewhere. I know you libtards find it difficult not to laugh at anything – some of you even laughed at 9/11. You liberals make me sick!

My lovely cousin Mary lives in Beeville – South Texas – works as dietist in the Christus Spohn Hospital Beeville. The climate is nice – 4 warm seasons, Gulf is not far for fishing, surfing and scuba diving. The wild animals and plants are amazing in this part of TX. Beaches plus islands are wonderful. 150 miles south of Galveston they even have a coralreef – called the “Flower Garden Banks”. Great place to dive and snorkle.
Generally I had no troubles with people, mostly I met friends of my cousin. Not all are ultra conservative in TX.
However – I can`t imagine, a film with the title, “The Texas chainsaw massacre” is a family entertainment? Here in the heart of Europe we have something like a law for the protection of children and youth – and this movie looks like for adtult only…..?

Shelley, I agree – these are great American movies and should be shown to all as a warning of the dangers of living an unchruched life. In the hell-house we built last year we used footage from these movies, and i can assure you the kids were shocked back to prayer!

Jimmy – I am pretty sure, all over the globe no single Christian was laughing at 9/11. It was 2 pm, and I was in Athens at the 11. Sept., as I turned on my TV and saw a whole in the north tower – on every channel they sent the same picture and no one of all reporters had an idea whats actually happend. ….it was soo terrible, as people jumpled out of the windows and so on…….30 minutes later the second plane crashed into the south tower, watched it live on TV……now it was proofed, this must be a terror act……..absolutely nobody was laughing, I know this for sure. Not in Europe, quite the opposite. This has nothing to do with liberals and republicans – this was a horrific terroract….Peter

hey guys…gonna write this all in lower case letters….faster to type, anyway…

I just finished watching again, the second installment of the remake of the texas chainsaw massacre…the beginning…i think it was called, anyway….

very gory yet storyline was well done…
ah, we see how the sheriff became the bastard sheriff in number 2, and how the old dude lost his legs, and most importantly how skunk-face became who he is….

i like the reference tie-ins from part 1 a lot. now, just makes me wanna think how many more sequals, in this case, pre-quals they can make. my sorta comic relief from all the horrific-chaos, was the very happy big tea lady….my my my my my … even cracked me up in number 1.

anyway….hmmmm, who was the younger lady with the screaming kid from the first that was associated with the big tea lady? just a sample of some other questions they can answer while making the next pre-qual…get it?

again, well done with the story line and anticipation for the next one!

I believe God fucked up when he made mankind. Just look at the sick fucks who tell their kids Leatherface will take them to hell if they don’t go right to bed. Holy shit, organized religion has done some irreparable harm here.
