Merciful God
We praise You for allowing the bald eagle, the symbol of the nation that you founded, to repopulate to the point where it’s no longer an endangered species
Hippie commie dirtbags senseless and selfishly slaughtered it almost to extinction to use its feathers so they could pretend to be redskins living off the land and hate America
And worse, they hung this majestic bird’s feathers on leather straps off the end of their drug paraphernalia as a desecration of America
But now, Lord, as John Ashcroft’s beautiful songs says – Let the eagle soar!
We thank You for this
And for the opportunity to hunt this greatest of all birds in a responsible manner once more.
