It isn’t JK that is planning to build the theme park, but rather Warner Brothers, Universal Studios and Leavesden Studios. Harry Potter is not Satanic, as there is no reference to any religion of any kind in the books. The story is the basic good vs evil fight that has been used to entertain children for generations, with most of the characters on the side of good. How can that be satanic? Just because one person is reading OotP on the beach while topless, it doesn’t mean that everyone does. There is no law saying that you can’t read a book while topless on the beach on holiday. Most people I know that read HP read it while clothed, as they take it to school and read it while in revision sessions for end of year exams/start of next year’s curriculum.

She was obviously happy that enough people enjoyed her work for there to be a theme park dedicated solely to it. As for the rest of it, I’m sure there’s a psychiatrist nearby that your friend can see if he’s hallucinating that badly, and the air conditioning maybe could have been turned down a notch or two. Again, the town name is Hogsmeade. And the students don’t have free reign to do what they want. The students aren’t allowed alcohol, and murder is evil so it is definitely a no-no. And old style inns do have rooms for rent, but as students probably wouldn’t be rented one anyway it’s a moot point. As Orlando was in America last time I checked, I don’t think alcohol will be served to minors and drugs won’t be allowed on the premises at all. Heck, they might not even have alcohol for the adults.

Nice fanpic. I can’t tell if that’s lookalikes of Daniel Radcliffe and Tom Felton or a photoshop image, but I can tell you that it won’t be in the movie. Why not you ask? Wow, you can’t even spell the names of real places correctly. I for one am looking forward to Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows and the Harry Potter theme park. In the past we had many of these books. Harry Potter is a new story, but 100 years ago the children had the same kind of books. Nothing is satanic about these books. J.K. Rowling is not some demon sent from Satan to capture all children and drag them to hell. The book is nothing but entertainment and inspirational. Harry Potter, and his so called “Satantic ways”, have inspired me to help those around me. To look past how people are different, like he looked past Hermoine for being half muggle but just saw his best friend, he accepted people for who they were, like Remus Lupin, his former teacher, for being a werewolf and just saw a kind man. The character Harry Potter wants to be an Auror, a wizard who FIGHTS dark magic and pursues good. From where I am standing you are being ignorant. This would make you a protestant, meaning that durring the Reformation, the roots of your religious beliefs and mine seperated over conflicts regarding the Canon found within the Bible, which is a book. Because of this, I can understand why someone bred from a fart and a twig would be fearful of a book as trivial and good natured as Harry Potter, seeing as how conflict over literary materials played so heavily on your religious history. (FYI – I am not calling all Protestants fart/twig bred, only this one) I am also picking up on a ‘the Bible should be taken literally’ vibe.
