Hi – most of the people all over the globe disliked Teletubbies – this is or was actually a total stupid children`s program. 8-9 years ago I watched it some seconds maybe, and my wife and me were happy, cause our sons were too old for watching the children`s channel. I was reading, it was on TV in nearby all European, American and Asian countries plus Australia (islamic countries have their own crap on their children`s channel). And yes, the Russians were upset about such a silly children`s program. It is actually bullshit, but if they used swear words, this would create a worldwide scandal. I personally think, you found that video clips on YouTube, as a parody for adults.
However – I agree, the Teletubbies, a British invention is not the right thing for little children – and their voice sounds real stupid.
In Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Britan…we had the first Teletubbies on TV in the late 90ies, I think.
