Time for the no-spin finance zone

Friends,

Over the years I’ve been covering financial and economic stories for Shelley The Republican, the thing that most astounds me is the big stories that the mainstream media do not report. For example, when oil prices rise the media’s leftists are quick to blame oil-companies, our struggle against terrorism and George W. Bush, when everybody knows that the high oil-prices are the result of failed Democrat policies.

MSNBC’s Rebecca Quick spews communist propaganda and nonsense five days a week. Her seditious face can be seen on trading floors across the land, teaching traders and analysts to hate America by talking down the American economy. Shouldn’t our financial journalists be more responsible than to spread negative lies about the health of our finances?

Last week the Dow Jones 500 closed at record levels, but nowhere in the mainstream financial press do we see an admission that they were wrong: George W. Bush’s tax-cuts have worked and are delivering an age of prosperity that Americans have never known before. Our financial press would much rather trash the economy by talking about “The Deficit ” and the “Cost of the Iraq war” – how come they never talk about the benefits of accomplishing our mission against the terrorists? I guess they are too busy parroting George Sorros’ communist talking-points than supporting America’s war on Terror.

Wouldn’t it be great if the finance news was prepared to talk up the American economy? Wouldn’t we be better off if we had a press that earns the trust of the government, a press that works with our democratically elected officials rather than one that thinks it’s great to constantly criticize our Christian leader and our most trusted institutions: The Church and the Family.

Let us join our president in thanking Jesus for our prayer-powered economy. The Bible teaches us that as long as we keep praying, God will make is rich, and prosperous. Why should we believe the crazy-talk of financial elitists when good common sense is enough to tell us that we are in safe, fiscally responsible hands. God is guiding our President, who in turn is guiding our economy.

We should be glad that there is one responsible company who has decided to put an end to this mess: News Corporation, the great company responsible for Fox news has decided to put in a bid of $5Bn for Dow Jones, the company that owns the Wall Street Journal. That may seem an awful lot to pay for a bunch of angry liberals with a grudge against the U.S. Economy, but knowing those guys, it’s bound to be a smart move. I just hope they bring the same level of morality and respect for the Truth that Fox News is famous for to the world of business.

Millions of Americans trust Neil Cavuto as one of the heavyweights of financial journalism. We at STR.com hope that News Corporation will bring his brand of in-depth analysis and integrity to the liberals and sodomites at the Wall-Street Journal. He exposes the real threats to our economy: Illegal Immigration, The Homosexual Agenda and the Democrat’s 100 day plan to wreck America.

Liberals may complain as usual, but this time their shrill voices will fall on deaf ears: American stock-traders are sick to death of doom and gloom reporting. We want positive financial reporting and some good news for a change. News-Corp will give it to us.

Yours in Christ,

Tristan J. Shuddery

Rupert Murdoch is a great American who is world renowned for his fearless free market philosophy and freedom of the press. They way he stitiched up the Chinese Red Communist regime is a case in point. Expect a clean sweep of the morabund sheltered workshop that is the Dow Jones organization.

Under Murdoch’s stewardship we can surely expect the kind of fearless investigating reporting and editorial clearsightedness that has made News of the World, the Sun, Fox, and BSkyB organs of record.

I wouldn’t mind seeing Rebecca Quick on page 3 in any case. I bet she’s got great knockers.

    Dear Tristan,

Thanks once again for your sober analysis of the satanic liberal media and their disgusting way of making all the great news from the economy and Iraq look bad. We who believe in the power of Christ know that its all cock-a-hoop, but there may be those whose faith burns less brightly who are swayed by the enticing dulcet tones and shimmering brown locks of that jezebel!!

We should go back to doing our reckoning in bushels of corn, just like God told us to in the Bible. What my kids learn in high school is just terrible – they learn about “mathematics” as though money isn’t about the will of God to reward those who serve him diligently by killing the Irakis.

Their teacher (who is a man of color!) actually told them “mathematics is the only universal truth!”. Can you believe this? Needless to say, they are now homeschooled with our pastor.

I urge you to write an article warning about the dangers of this “mathematics” – with your eloquent way maybe you can save some of our fellow Americans from this atheist conspiracy.

    What democrat policies?

how come they never talk about the benefits of accomplishing our mission against the terrorists? I guess they are too busy parroting George Sorros??Ǭ¢?¢‚Ǩ?°?ɂİ?Ǭ®?¢‚Ǩ?°?É‚Äò?Ǭ¢ communist talking-points than supporting America??Ǭ¢?¢‚Ǩ?°?ɂİ?Ǭ®?¢‚Ǩ?°?É‚Äò?Ǭ¢s war on Terror.

    1. What benefits? There are no economical benefits.
    2. What acconplishment? Right now this could go on for decades. Hardly an accomplishment.

Wouldn??Ǭ¢?¢‚Ǩ?°?ɂİ?Ǭ®?¢‚Ǩ?°?É‚Äò?Ǭ¢t it be great if the finance news was prepared to talk up the American economy? A press that is but a puppet for the government. That??ɂİ?Ǭ¨?Ǭ•s the first step away from democracy.

Let us join our president in thanking Jesus for our prayer-powered economy.

That is about to get humiliated by even the Chinese.

We should be glad that there is one responsible company who has decided to put an end to this mess: News Corporation, the great company responsible for Fox news has decided to put in a bid of $5Bn for Dow Jones, the company that owns the Wall Street Journal. Fox is rather famous to be a pure propaganda broadcast with a credibility equling to the survival rate of ice cream in the Sahara…

Liberals may complain as usual, but this time their shrill voices will fall on deaf ears: American stock-traders are sick to death of doom and gloom reporting. We want positive financial reporting and some good news for a change. News-Corp will give it to us.

Good thing that the stock traders themselves think otherwise…

And well, Wallstreet Journal might just come back. Hey, they??ɂİ?Ǭ¨?Ǭ•ve got 5 billion $! Certainly enough to build up a new magazine!

Thanks once again for your sober analysis of the satanic liberal media and their disgusting way of making all the great news from the economy and Iraq look bad.

You know, the sad thing is that one does not need to make them look bad. They look bad anyway.

We should go back to doing our reckoning in bushels of corn, just like God told us to in the Bible. What my kids learn in high school is just terrible – they learn about ??Ǭ¢?¢‚Ǩ?°?ɂİ?Ǭ®??ɬ¨mathematics??Ǭ¢?¢‚Ǩ?°?ɂİ?Ǭ®?Ǭ¨?ɬ? as though money isn??Ǭ¢?¢‚Ǩ?°?ɂİ?Ǭ®?¢‚Ǩ?°?É‚Äò?Ǭ¢t about the will of God to reward those who serve him diligently by killing the Irakis.

You know, your country chose capitalism. And honestly, capitalism has NOTHING to do with god or any religion. If you want such things, try the Aborigines.

Their teacher (who is a man of color!) actually told them ??Ǭ¢?¢‚Ǩ?°?ɂİ?Ǭ®??ɬ¨mathematics is the only universal truth!??Ǭ¢?¢‚Ǩ?°?ɂİ?Ǭ®?Ǭ¨?ɬ?. Can you believe this? Needless to say, they are now homeschooled with our pastor.

It??ɂİ?Ǭ¨?Ǭ•s the only universal truth in science. But yeah, science is something above your level of thinking.

Tristan, once again y’all hit the nail on the head and once again lie-beral defeato-crats wanna try to string you up for talking common sense. If it weren’t for Fox News we’d probably all be enslaved by Ted Turner forcing us to kill Christian babies so that slant-eyed-loving, traitorous “Hanoi” Jane Fonda can keep her so-called “good looks”.

  5. Mills May 13th, 2007 1:44 AM

Rupert Murdoch is a genius. He’ll bring good news back to the financial market and remind us of how great and mighty America is. Through Fox he’s already helping us see through the car bombings and other such liberal propaganda and enabling us to see what is really happening over in Iraq – how we are helping those poor Godless little fellows find the true path to enlightenment through Democracy and the American way.

  6. WTF?? May 13th, 2007 5:47 PM

Tristan when are you ever going to learn the true story behind Sodom and Gomorrah? That city was doomed long before homosexuals came into the picture. Learn your stories before you go preaching about stuff you know nothing about.

  7. WTF?? May 13th, 2007 5:55 PM

Also thats a funny pic of Bush… Is that how he really looks when he is praying? It looks more like he is fixing to sneeze or a look like he is saying or thinking to himself ” yeaaaaa I can have some cake if I eat all of my vegies thats on my dinner plate”.

  8. Godson May 13th, 2007 8:05 PM

America. Hmm. America should be secular. Religion has no place in a system that recognizes freedom of expression, because not everyone is “christian.” And do not presume that everyone else in the world is godless just because you watch Fox news. I dislike all the mainstream media, and even some of the lesser-known media, because they all are trying to make political points. News agencies should be neutral. Also, I think this site should focus are serious issues other than liberal bashing. There are liberal sites that do the same, and I suggest they too start working cooperatively to inact change in the world. Here are the real problems: guns and violence [esp. in the name of religion, which in your case is christianity and in others' it is islam], environmental degradation including global warming, population, national sovereignty, and American consumerism. I’m all for the freedoms we have, but in my opinion, American insecurity is stripping us of our freedoms. We need to be real, accept diversity, and try to work together instead of slandering institutions we don’t agree with. If you disagree with anything I’ve said I would be happy to elaborate on my points, just shoot me an e-mail at chael777@lycos.com.

My grand-pappy always said that this sort of thing would be the obvious consequence of letting those colored folks into our schools. You did the right thing: The people who promote mathematics as a universal truth are all atheist nihilists who seek to deny the universal truth of the Holly Spirit.

Tristan, get over yourself. All you do is perpetuate shit and cause trouble. Rebecca quick has the sex appeal that the financial market needs, which seems to be brimming with male analysts who sit at a desk all day.

Tristan, go get a real job and stop feeding the trolls.

In the end, who gives a crap? America is going into recession inside 2 years, so I suggest you run now. Bush cant manage your economy for shit.
