He also can still pass executive orders! Nancy Pelosi said recently she wouldn't impeach Dubya, so I doubt it's going to happen! As far as the war, Democrat congressional hawks may find an excuse to declare war on Iran soon, which will be the first time Congress has declared war (which is the only way a declaration of war is Constitutional!) since World War II! I imagine Democrat hawks are itching to lose the "cut & run" smearing Republicans have done for years! Democrats used to be the war party,after all!
