Habeas Corpus? What is it, and why do hysterical liberals constantly shout about it?
?Habeas Corpus?, a queer sounding name for a historical legal oddity, much beloved of the America-hating pro-terrorist liberal minority, and a bane to the brave men and women who try to keep America safe from islamofascists. Just what is it, and why do liberals obsess about this arcane and obsolete law?
Why are these terrorists laughing? Because they plan to murder your family next, and they know that liberal judges who promote “Habeas Corpus” intend to give them a free pass out of jail.
On 9/29/06, the U.S. Senate approved a bill which updated habeas corpus, meaning that this quirk of law would no longer allow suspected terrorists to run amok within the sanctuary of the USA. Anyone suspected to be an “unlawful enemy combatant engaged in hostilities or having supported hostilities against the United States” would be unable to take advantage of this historical loop-hole. That seems perfectly good idea to me. Who on earth could oppose a much needed legal correction? I’m sure you’ve guessed:
According to the arch-wingnuts at the ACLU, this bill “removes important checks on the president by: failing to protect due process, eliminating habeas corpus for many detainees, undermining enforcement of the Geneva Conventions, and giving a “get out of jail free card” to senior officials who authorized or ordered illegal torture and abuse.”

That’s just the sort of incoherent nonsense we have come to expect from the ACLU, an organisation devoted to protecting the rights of terrorists at the expense of you and me, the hard working Christians that keep this land in the manner ordained by the pilgrim fathers.
But just what is Habeas Corpus, and why do liberals think we we still need it in an age with more relevant and practical laws like the Patriot Act? As you might suspect, Habeas Corpus is a fruity piece of English common-law, a leftover from the American revolution. It was never actually written into the American constitution, so is not actually part of any American statute.
How do liberals and islamofascists abuse Habeas Corpus? Yasser Hamdi, an islamofascist detained in Afghanistan at the request of our allies the Northern Alliance was detained as an illegal combatant. His father petitioned the court for ?Habeas Corpus?, arguing that since he had not yet killed his intended victims (American soldiers), he should be free to go about his business. All but one member of the activist liberal Supreme court (Clarence Thomas) failed to defend America. Justice Thomas argued that courts should not interfere with the President’s duty to defend the country from the Muslim evil.
Translated from the Latin, it means ?Have a Corpse?, it says that anybody suspected of being a murderer or terrorist must actually have been shown to kill somebody (preferably by producing the dead-body in front of the court) before he can be arrested. Naturally, in this age of islamofascist terrorists, their liberal allies are very keen to hang on to the myth that Habeas Corpus is even the law of the land.
Ironically, the authors of the constitution had no intent to introduce this law into America. As you know, our nation is built on the principles that God gave us in the Bible. The Pilgrim fathers were trying to escape from the oppressive secularism of England ? the last thing they wanted to do was inherit it’s godless laws. Instead they proposed a radical and fail-safe solution: Faith in the Bible.
Habeas Corpus, a fruity and eccentric law for a bygone age. It was originally drafted as part of “Magna Carta”, an incomprehensible document that started the English Civil war. Would the Pilgrim fathers have wanted anything at all to do with this absurd old-english nonsense? Not at all. That is why Habes Corpus was never written into the constitution.
For the Pilgrim fathers, it was unthinkable that a future leader (like Bill Clinton) might have appointed ultra-leftist atheist judges. Their foundation for America was faith in Jesus Christ, and it was always their intent that the American judiciary should be Bible believing Christians. Why would you need a law like ?Habeas Corpus?, when a Christian judge would never knowingly allow an innocent man to be imprisoned. Furthermore, a Judge seeking to know if an accused was guilty could merely pray for divine wisdom. What could be fairer and simpler than that?
Habes Corpus is a relic of the aincient law of man, how much better to follow the law of God – his greatest gift to America. God’s divine law has been revealed through HIS book, the HOLY BIBLE. We do not need the purported freedoms of “Magna Carta”, when Christ’s love grants us unconditional freedom.
In summary, Habeas Corpus is a liberal perversion of God’s justice that is entirely irrelevant in the post 9/11 world. Now that we are close to the final Christian re-construction of the USA, we should put our faith in Jesus Christ: We at STR.com believe it to be completely obsolete in the face of God’s superior law and judgement.

Proof that pretending to serve the Creator for wealth and power always leads to calamity
As recent events and millennia of history have shown us, those who bedevil others with holier-than-thou pretenses, as they support and/or perform blatant evil eventually suffer dire consequences. The prime example is the Vatican, which has caused great disasters for itself and its followers throughout history as the direct result of its great deceptions, hypocrisy, and injustices. One of the most recent are the actions of the Christian Right, Bush administration, and Republican Party, all close allies of the Vatican. While scoffing at the existence of Karma, “blind and deaf” hypocrites consistently provide proof that evil deeds regularly lead to the “curse,” mostly commonly known as bad karma.
If Christians leaders are going to go around attacking others for not living up to their professed values, it’s a damn good idea to be truthful and actually walk the walk. Logs and motes in the eye, camels through the eye of a needle, glass houses, kettle’s and pots, and what goes around comes around, et al. Karma’s a bitch when She finally decides enough is enough! This wouldn’t have been so bad on Republicans if they hadn’t been such arrogant hypocrites in order to corner the so-called values voters! Now the “Two Candlesticks” and “Two Witnesses” (Truth and Justice) are “breathing fire” and “raining hailstones!”
Pretending to serve the Creator while deceiving, exploiting, and oppressing others is a great abomination. Such great levels of blatant evil scream for Truth and Justice to “breath fire” and “burn” those who think they are somehow above the laws of this universe and basic human values. The recent horrendous luck and disastrous results caused by the Bush crew and cohorts shows us that Truth and Justice never remain defeated forever. Now comes the long-awaited time of “fire and brimstone” to punish those who have used deceptive values and great hypocrisy to unjustly subjugate their fellow souls, while pretending to be “God’s Servants.” The arrogance of the powerful is again reaping the promised rewards for evil deeds and results. Now we see the unfolding of the true meaning and purpose of “Armageddon,” which the Vatican and its cohorts have long confounded because they were the intended targets of these prophecies. Most Christians have long been deceived and deluded into failing to understand that the great deceivers, which ancient prophecies predict the fall of, are the rich and powerful nations, the three faiths of Abraham, and the “three foul spirits” of money, religion and politics.
Now consider how money, religion, and politics are inseparable because of the inescapable trap (bottomless pit) they form. The symbolism of the bottomless pit refers both to an ancient trap (pit) and to its associated deceptions, hence the inability to “get to the bottom of it.” We are all trapped in a web of deception woven with money, religion, and politics. The great evils that bedevil us all will never cease until humanity finally awakens, shakes off these strong delusions, and forges a new path to the future.
It’s no wonder the Vatican and its many cohorts fear the truth more than anything else. Jews, Christians, and Muslims have long been duped by the great deceivers I warned humanity about over the millennia. What then is the purpose of “faith” but to keep good people from seeking to understand truth and wisdom?
