Judge Taylor wants you dead!

Friends,

We Americans are outraged that the President’s sensible and nececary and above all secret wiretapping program has become the latest victim of pre 911 mentality liberals. According to the activist judge who opposed the top-secret program, it has become “unconstitutional “to protect America from terrorists.

A wiretap: Harmless to lovers of freedom, deadly to terrorists and enemies of America. Why do liberals fear wiretaps? Because they have something to hide. Most liberals are drug-users, supporters of terrorism or sexual deviants.

“There is no power not created by the Constitution,” quipped cynical U.S. District Judge Anna Diggs Taylor of Detroit said in her 43-page assult on our freedom to live without fear of terrorism.

Clearly Judge Taylor has forgotten that the President’s authority comes from God, and that as a Christian nation we are required to trust that our Christian leader has prayed and meditated on the pressing issues of the day. He has taken advice from Pat Robertson, James Dobson and other leading Christians, and he is dong God’s will.

God’s law takes priority over the constitution and the statutes which are merely laws of man. The president is not “above the law”, more that he must follow his Christian faith. He must answer to a higher law than the constitution: The law of the bible.

That is why our Christian leader can be trusted to do what is right for the country, and that is why Judge Taylor’s willful mis-interpretation of the constitution is so baffling.

Fortunately, somebody gets it. Our president said:

“I would say that those who herald this decision simply do not understand the nature of the world in which we live… I strongly disagree with that decision, strongly disagree. That’s why I instructed the Justice Department to appeal immediately. And I believe our appeals will be upheld.”

Our president, a friend to America. He believes that all technological measures should be used in the defence of the homeland.

This is why we need four more years of Republican government. It’s time to purge the ultra-liberal wingnuts with their pre 9/11 mentality from our justice system. No American wants a pro-terrorist judge. Finally, this is proof (as if any were needed), that we must rebuild America, starting with the Constitution to make our land a nation where the law of God comes first.

Yours in Christ,

Tristan

    Hi Tristan!

Where did you find this wonderful picture of our Leader, George W. Bush? He is such a funny, good looking guy. I am so proud that we have him as our President!

Thanks very much for your article.

I said it before and I say it again: I have nothing to hide! Liberals are just scared some of their dirt would come to light.

    Kind regards,
    Shelley Goodman

The authors of this blog have pressed for a literal interpretation on many occasions. Please show me where God authorized wiretapping? I assure you that you won’t find an explict statement. You may view God and the Bible as infallible, however Man is not, regardless of who that man is. Any interpretation rightly opens others to question what is truth.

Leaving more poltically correct language aside: I seriously question your right, wisdom, and ability to judge the truth.

While taking the time to comment I should point out that your self proclaimed label as “Think tank” is an insult to even the National Center for Public Policy Research. One is lead to believe that collectively you actually believe what you are writing down.

    2Shelley:

I said it before and I say it again: I have nothing to hide!

I wonder: if weather is warm, are you walking around naked on the public?

Everyone has something to hide. Something he prefers share only with his friends, lover, God, with someone he trusts. So-called ‘wiretapping’ is insult, because these things are forcibly and unbeknownly shared with those who did not proved their trustworthiness.

Saying on your language, do you have any garantee that your words will not fall in the ears of Russian or Chinese, or even German agent in FBI, and whole Axis of Evil will laugh at your intimate thoughts?

  4. Shelley August 22nd, 2006 3:19 AM

I wonder: if weather is warm, are you walking around naked on the public?

That is just plain stupid. I am wearing clothes because I have morals and I feel more comfortable wearing clothes, not because I want to hide my body.

And NO, I have nothing to hide. If it helps to improve my security I invite the FBI or Homeland Security to check out everything about me. God bless them, bless their hearts!

    Bush quote of the day..

“I think if you know what you believe, it makes it a lot easier to answer questions. I can’t answer your question.” –George W. Bush, in response to a question about whether he wished he could take back any of his answers in the first debate. Reynoldsburg, Ohio, Oct. 4, 2000

    What a nobrainer….

  6. mike August 22nd, 2006 4:49 AM

Shelley, I’m sure you feel more comfortable in clothes… after all, as the old Nebraskan joke goes: “what do you call a good looking girl in Iowa? — A tourist”

tristan said:”Clearly Judge Taylor has forgotten that the President?¢‚Ǩ?°?É‚Äû?ɬ¥s authority comes from God”

tristan, there are huge problems and issues connected to that statement. if you believe that and are willing to back that statement, you are not in favor of representative democracy. instead you favor theocracy and could even call the president our Holy Imam and Khomeini. or pope bush the first. those people claim god’s authorisation.

you assume american citizens’s problem with pro-terrorism in court when in fact american citizens are in a national fear of religious dogmatics and value secular laws and there effectiveness. so those americans would not know what in god’s name is pro-terroristic in juristic pointing at the constitution.

i give you a hint now, make sure you make a concrete and firm alternative to the constitution. theological argueing is not an alternative due to the many interpretations possible, so law-making out of it has been proven worthless.

According to the activist judge who opposed the top-secret program, it has become ?¢‚Ǩ?°?É‚Äû?ɬ?unconstitutional ?¢‚Ǩ?°?É‚Äû?ɬ?to protect America from terrorists.

That is, because it actually is against the Constitution!

Errm…no. The authority of the president is coming from the people. They have voted for him (poor guys). And Guys like Robertson or Dobson don?Ǭ¨?Ǭ•t know a **** about how to lead a country. (As if GWB has any clue :))

God?¢‚Ǩ?°?É‚Äû?ɬ¥s law takes priority over the constitution and the statutes which are merely laws of man. The president is not ?¢‚Ǩ?°?É‚Äû?ɬ?above the law?¢‚Ǩ?°?É‚Äû?ɬ?, more that he must follow his Christian faith. He must answer to a higher law than the constitution: The law of the bible.

Again, no! The constitution is above everything, even the bible, as the USA are a multi-religious country, having lots of different religions chosen by their people. And look at it, almost every CRIME commited by a whole nation or it?Ǭ¨?Ǭ•s government was commited “in the name of god/allah/whatever”! That?Ǭ¨?Ǭ•s why you can?Ǭ¨?Ǭ•t trust religious motives!

This is why we need four more years of Republican government. It?¢‚Ǩ?°?É‚Äû?ɬ¥s time to purge the ultra-liberal wingnuts with their pre 9/11 mentality from our justice system. Well, then the USA would be no democracy but a theocrazy or a fascist system. Perhaps the american public wants no “pro-terrorist” judges, but they don?Ǭ¨?Ǭ•t want an “anti-sphere of privacy” judge, for sure.

PS: That “rebuils” would give us europeans a good excuse to start our invasion, after all we then have to bring democracy to the USA! :)

And another thing: What about our discussion about you trying to prove that the bible states the truth? Could we continue it?

    @ True Christian

  10. bubba August 22nd, 2006 6:38 AM

Here is what’s going to happen in the next few months, The Democrats take the House and Senate in November. George Bush and Dick Cheney get impeached and thrown in jail. The Speaker of the House, by that time should be Nancy Pelosi, becomes President. So in on fell swoop the tide changes to Democrat house, Senate and Presidency.

  11. Shelley August 22nd, 2006 6:47 AM

Yes, you forget that the American people are overwhelmingly backing Bush & Cheney. I know vengeful angry dems would like to bash Bush because they are still angry that the last democratic President was a sex-pervert, but really that is not our fault!

Bush will not be impeached. The next congress will be majority Republican because Americans do not wish to be victims of terror. America still has not forgiven Bill Clinton for allowing 911 to happen.

“i give you a hint now, make sure you make a concrete and firm alternative to the constitution. theological argueing is not an alternative due to the many interpretations possible, so law-making out of it has been proven worthless.”

Just typical of a liberal. How short your memories are!

Have you forgotten that we live in a christian country, our laws are based on the teaching of the bible and the founding fathers all believed in God. What more do you need to show that it is the Athiest who is the imposter in America.

Where do you think American lawmakers got the idea that we shouldnt murder, steal or rape? Answer: It’s in the Bible. I dont recall any athiest book telling people not to comit these awful crimes. If you athiests had your way, the nation would be a bloodbath like Nazi Germany or Stalinist Russia. Both fascism and communism are based on Athiesm.

Our loyal readers will be pleased that Sam Johnson is working on a detailed expose of what Athiests actually think and the way that they harm America.

Neil Bush, brother or G. W. Bush, in a March 2003 divorce deposition, admitted repeatedly having sex with strange women who just showed up at his room while on an Asian business trip. (Overshadowing the sex scandal; the business scandal–see link.) Washington Post article.

Incorrect. Firstly, fascism and nazism are different things but both were attempts to archaize modern society with some kind of neo-pagan teachings, and such teachings obviously weren’t atheistic. Secondly, even communist teachings aren’t requiring atheism as necessity. First communist experiments (some events at the time of Reformation in Europe) had religious drive.

I don’t need a bible to know that (but there are indeed many good things in the bible).

I would give you a last counsel, Shelley, Tristan.
    Travel the world.
Meet people in France, England, Germany, China, and every country you can travel to (providing you have the funds, of course, because that is very expensive).
Try to learn how they live, what they feel, how they think.

You will either know a lot about the ennemy (and that is usefull in a war), or you will learn that we aren’t the monsters you describe.

I hope you do the second one, but that is not mine to choose.

And albeit I?Ǭ¨?Ǭ•m agnostic and thus don?Ǭ¨?Ǭ•t believe in the bible, I still don?Ǭ¨?Ǭ•t wish anyone to be tortured, murdered, etc. including Shelley. (Arresting her for the hatred she spills? Add to that she’s an illiterate black woman appointed by Jimmah Carter (demorat traitor and peanut magnate) who has a conflict of interest by belonging to a group that funds the communist ACLU.

If this case ever makes it to the Supreme Court (the sixth circuit should tear her ruling into shreds), Thomas and Scalia will easily slap it down.

Enron was a capitalist corporation. The ACLU is a communist-founded moonbat pressure group determined to destroy America. If you cannot see the difference I feel sorry for you.

Yes, his experience. Seems like he has experience not only in Big Business but also in Fraud. The guy?Ǭ¨?Ǭ•s a criminal.

The ACLU doesn?Ǭ¨?Ǭ•t want to destroy america. It want?Ǭ¨?Ǭ•s to bring some reforms to that corrupt thing you call a government. Enron on the other hand is one of the biggest “legal” criminal organisations on this planet. They?Ǭ¨?Ǭ•re making profit out of things like murdering thousands of Iraqui civilians.

I think you mean Halliburton, not Enron. Enron closed up shop in 2001.

So I was right again. There was no “conflict of interest” regarding our wonderful Vice President Cheney as “CEO of Enron.”

That’s okay. LIEberals never seem to understand small things like facts.

Then Halliburton. Damn, all those american oil companies sound the same for me. No wonder I mix them up sometimes. And about facts: I don?Ǭ¨?Ǭ•t need to understand them that good, as there are few to none solid ones on this site.

PS: I think we?Ǭ¨?Ǭ•re again a little bit off topic.:)
