I can’t belive that you are against evolution and pro creationism and say that this idiots girlfriend deserves to be beaten because of what she believes. Clearly you know nothing about God and his grace and how he tought us to show love even to our enemies. This is just sick. That girl has laws protecting her. I know this story isn’t true, because he should have gone to jail, or at least been fined.He doesn’t have the right to hurt her for any reason. Also, of the judge’s ruling was based on political views, that to is a crime for which he should be punished.
However, the girl does have rights, including the right to free speech. The only real arguement here is political correctness, and being politically incorrect isn’;t a crime, otherwise you would have been put in jail long ago.
Now, do we have a problem here?
